It is rather sad: the link between time, money, debt and interest is camouflaged over and over. But the longer people live, the more there is a chance for us to find out. Maybe pensioners realise that it’s better to spend borrowed money than not to spend? Maybe it is NECESSARY to spend this borrowed money to survive? I guess the question is whether debts are part of the inheritance or whether we take them into our grave…
